We are back on Zoom!

Our next 6 week term (12 classes in total) of our postnatal fitness classes is starting on Tuesday 10th November and we are back on Zoom for the first few weeks until the gym reopens!

The first 3 weeks (6 classes) will be run live on Zoom, where all you need are some fitness bands. Don't have any? Not to worry, you can borrow a set of ours!

The sanitised bands will be delivered right to your door on by Monday so you will be ready to rock and exercise on Tuesday.

Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30am.

If you miss the live session for whatever reason, then not to worry, all the classes are recorded so you can catch up any time.

We will transition the rest of the term back into the gym on Tuesday December 1st for the remaining 6 sessions!

Babas & Barbells

Where Mammies rebuild and babies chill

Our postnatal strength and fitness class, Babas & Barbells, is designed specifically for new and repeat Mums, to help strengthen and rebuild after babies birth, from the inside out.

Mammies get their workout done in a safe and controlled environment, while babies chill, sleep, do some tummy time, or all of the above!

Babies can hang out in their buggies, prams, or car seats, and we also have foam playmats where they can chill and play. Whatever Mammy thinks best!

To join in, you must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have clearance from either your doctor, midwife or physiotherapist.

 

It's also never too late to join. We have had some Mums join us nine months after giving birth. Better late than never!

The classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30am, in 6 week blocks.

Depending on availability, you and baby can trial a class first (€20 drop in) to see if it is the right fit for you both, before booking in for a 6 week term.

Join Our Waiting List

Prenatal Fitness

Rest assured Mammies, our coaches are both certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Correction Exercise Specialist, so you will be well taken care of in the months before and the years after babies birth.

Expectant Mums can join in with our regular classes, safe in the knowledge that all of the exercises will be modified and scaled to suit you and your pregnancy timeline.
