Health & Safety COVID-19
While visiting Freedom Fitness, your health & wellness is our top priority.
In light of COVID-19 health concerns, and following the guidance of the HSE and World Health Organisation we have stepped up efforts at the gym to maintain an effective sanitising regime and to encourage all visitors to continue to use our gym while supporting our health & safety procedures.
Some of the additional measures that have been put in place include:

Touchless hand sanitisation station at the entrance.

Signage to raise awareness of hand washing and hand sanitisation unit.

Increased frequency and ongoing sanitation of all areas in particular; gym equipment, door handles, and surface areas.
We would like to ask our members for your support in the following precautions:

Please wash your hands before leaving your house.

Please wait in your car and do not congregate outside the entrance when entering or leaving.

Please arrive ready to train in workout gear.
-
Please do no enter more than 5 minutes before class start time.

Please use touchless hand sanitiser on entering and exiting the building.

Please bring your own water bottle and hand towel and do not share.

Please maintain social distancing throughout the class using the floor markings as guidance.

Please avoid all unnecessary physical contact.

Please use the soap provided when washing your hands in the bathroom.

Please avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.

Please adopt good respiratory hygiene, covering your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze (into your elbow), and use a tissue which is immediately disposed of.

Please bring home all personal belongings.
If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms you should follow the HSE guidance and contact your GP and implement self-isolation until you are given the all clear. Do not book into the gym and stay at home.
