Bring a Friend Friday

You gotta try my gym!


Hey friend! Ever wondered how I got started on my strength and fitness journey? Or maybe you're just looking for a fun way to kickstart yours? Join me for Bring-A-Friend Friday at our wonderful gym! Who Should Come? - Friends who are curious about strength training and lifting weights. - Anyone who’s thinking about starting or getting back into the gym. - My pals who need a little nudge to get moving. - Coworkers, family, or partners who've shown interest in joining me for a gym session. We'll dive into some fun workouts together, and our fabulous coaches will be there to show us the ropes and answer any questions you have. And don't worry, you'll never feel lost or left out. We'll team up for a partner workout that's guaranteed to be good fun! The next Bring-A-Friend Friday is on 17th May. These sessions only come around every 90 days and are limited to just 3 per group, so make sure to book now so you don't miss out. Make sure to let me know what time you are booked for so I can be right there alongside you!
