WHAT WE DO Prepare for a journey of safe and proper barbell utilization, unveiling a world of strength, resilience, and confidence-building. Each gym day is tailored to the individual, with progress correctly tracked to ensure consistent growth and increased strength week after week. The session unfolds in two distinct parts, beginning with a purposeful warm-up. Day 1 is dedicated to mastering the barbell deadlift and barbell bench press, while Day 2 delves into the barbell back squat. Post-strength work, the session evolves with free weights like dumbbells and kettlebells, TRX, weighted cables, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, and bodyweight exercises. Every facet of the body is engaged – upper and lower body, core, and abs – in a cohesive sequence of movement. Completion of each session brings a renewed sense of vigour and achievement.
