Not just a fitness class, but a coach-led gym session that is guided safely, efficiently, and effectively by a competent youth coach, to help your tween become more confident, resilient, motivated, and to move strongly through life with freedom and fearlessness. ​ At our Tweens Gym, we blend fun and fitness through engaging activities to work on strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, agility, and speed. Our sessions include dynamic warm-ups like Dice Fitness and Yoga Freeze Tag, along with skill-building exercises using PVC pipes to mimic barbells. This allows tweens to safely learn and practice fundamental movement patterns like the hinge, squat, and press. We then incorporate strength exercises with age-appropriate weights, engaging fitness circuits, and end with exciting games like Tic Tac Toe Relay Toss and Squat Potato. ​These activities encourage teamwork, creativity, and healthy habits in a supportive and interactive environment. Our program is designed to keep kids active, build their physical skills, and ensure they have a great time while doing it. The work we do in the gym is not just for the sake of the tweens' physical health, but also contributes hugely towards building confidence, mental resilience, self-esteem, and a positive body image. It's so wonderful to see how their progress in the gym translates into growth in other areas of their lives, especially when it comes to building confidence and self-esteem.​ ​Numbers are capped to ensure everyone gets the attention and instruction they need, so they can grow stronger, fitter, healthier, and happier.​ Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
