New 6 Week Indoor Gym Term Starting 8th June!
We are so excited to get the teens and tweens back lifting and laughing indoors again from the 8th June!
There will be 2x 6 weeks summer terms, which will bring us right up to September.

About the Gym
The work we do in the gym is not just for the sake of the youth's physical health and strength, but it also contributes hugely towards building confidence, mental resilience, self esteem, and an overall positive body image that has nothing got to do with how their bodies look.
It's so wonderful how progress in the gym can help to make progress in other areas of life outside of the gym. Especially for teens, when it comes to building confidence and self esteem.
While the classes have a focus on strength training, we also incorporate an array of exercises that works on flexibility, agility, stamina, coordination, balance and speed.
All exercises in the classes are progressed and regressed to suit each teen, to make sure they are safe throughout. Safety and quality of movement is always prioritised above speed and load.

Not JUST a Fitness Class
But a class that is guided safely, efficiently, and effectively by a competent coach, to help your kid become more confident, resilient, motivated, and to move strongly through life with freedom and fearlessness.

During the school year, the gym is run in terms of 6 to 9 weeks to coincide with the school calendar.
Senior teens are Mondays and Wednesdays at 4.30pm.
Junior teens are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4.30pm.
For the summer holidays, the teen gym is moved to morning times.
Senior teens are Wednesday at 10.30am and Friday at 12pm.
Junior teens are Tuesday at 12pm and Thursday at 10.30am.

Numbers are capped to ensure the teens get all the attention and instruction they need, so they can grow stronger, fitter, healthier and happier.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
