ABOUT THE GYM
Not just a fitness class, but a coach-led gym session that is guided safely, efficiently, and effectively by a competent youth coach, to help your tween become more confident, resilient, motivated, and to move strongly through life with freedom and fearlessness.
The work we do in the gym is not just for the sake of the tweens physical health and strength, but it also contributes hugely towards building confidence, mental resilience, self esteem, and an overall positive body image.
It's so wonderful to see how progress in the gym can help to make progress in other areas of their lives outside of the gym. Especially for our youth, when it comes to building confidence and self esteem.
While the classes have a focus on building strength and muscle tone, we also incorporate an array of exercises that works on balance, coordination, flexibility, agility, stamina, and speed.
All exercises in the classes are progressed and regressed to suit each tween, to make sure they are safe throughout. Safety and quality of movement is always prioritised above speed and load.
Numbers are capped to ensure everyone gets all the attention and instruction they need, so they can grow stronger, fitter, healthier and happier.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
