Zoom Group Fitness

“It's not the same as the gym, but it is the next best thing!

All our Zoom sessions are 45 mins in duration and every session is a full body workout, where all you need is a schoolbag and some books and/or any other weighted items to join in. All the workouts are designed with minimal equipment in mind, so don't let that stop you from joining in.

All of the movements and exercises are progressed and regressed to a level and an intensity that you can currently manage.

Nobody is left standing in the corner wondering what to do, or worrying that they can't do any particular exercise or movement, because there is always a way to modify or adapt the program to meet you at where you are currently at.

 

You will always be able to fully participate in the entire class, regardless of the workout, leaving feeling accomplished and empowered.

All you have to do is book in, show up, and myself or Noelle will personally take care of you from there.

And if you can't show up? All of our sessions are recorded so you can catch the replay any time that suits you.

Membership Options

If you are already a member then your current membership has you covered, but if you are new to the gym and would like to join us on Zoom on a rolling weekly basis until gyms reopens, you can do so for €20 per week.
