Repair and rebuild from the inside out after babies birth

We are delighted to be able to offer our increasingly popular postnatal strength and fitness class, Babas & Barbells, online via Zoom!

All you need to join in is yourself and a resistance band. If you don't have one, then we can offer you a loan of one of ours, sanitised and dropped to your door, within a reasonable radius of course!

The classes are not just follow along videos. Instead every session is fully coached by me, and progressed or regressed to a level that you can currently manage. The classes are designed specifically for new and repeat Mums, to help strengthen and rebuild after babies birth, from the inside out.

Mammies get their workout done in a safe and controlled environment, all fully coached by a competent and qualified pre and postnatal fitness coach.

To join in, you must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have clearance from either your doctor, midwife or physiotherapist to return to exercise.

 

It's also never too late to join. We have had some Mums join us nine months after giving birth. Better late than never!

The classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.00am, in 4 week blocks for now, while we await further details about when the gym can reopen.

All the sessions are recorded, so if you miss a class for whatever reason, then you can log in later and complete the workout at a time that suits you better.

The next 4 week block starts Tuesday 9th June.

Spaces are strictly limited so I can give each of you the attention that you need and deserve during the class.
