Hi! I'm Karen

The owner of our lovely little gym.

I'm not a drill sergeant. I don't and won't push you beyond your current limitations, because I know how deflated that makes you feel.

I only ask that you do things that I know you can, you just don't realise that you can, yet.

I encourage you to push boundaries, explore your abilities, give it socks, and to feel a sense of accomplishment, regardless of the outcome.

I'm passionate about what I do and if I feel I'm in a position to help you then I will endeavour to do my best.

I am realistic, energetic, direct with my approach, goal-oriented, conscientious, open-minded and most of all, adaptable, cause let's face it, shit happens, and you are not always going to show up to the gym with bells on.

I advocate weight training for strength and longevity of life. I recommend exercise to improve heart health and a better quality of life. I promote foods that nourish our bodies, and I encourage you to eat fun food that you enjoy to eat.

I don't give a toss how many burpees it takes to burn off a donut because that's not the point of the gym.

I encourage you to go to the gym to inject an element of positivity into their lives. Be it to bust stress, feel accomplished, delay the ageing process, have the chats and bants (we are an eclectic bunch), or to simply get out of the house for an hour.

Find a positive reason to go to the gym and your life will change for the better.

So that's me, not so scary after all eh?!

Hi! I'm Noelle

I am a strength and conditioning coach, a health nut and a movement nerd!  


I practice what I preach, striving to understand the human body and how to live well a little better everyday.  


I aim to create a positive training environment that motivates, educates and empowers clients.  Although I can be a stickler for movement technique, I’m not a sergeant major!  My approach is to guide and support.


My qualifications span from strength and conditioning, kettlebells, suspension training,  pre/post natal exercise, Animal Flow and sports nutrition.  My initial degree was a bachelor of science, which has greatly influenced how I’ve evolved as a coach.


I’m a problem solver with a passion for helping others move in a safe and effective way.  Creating innovative and functional strength programs to suit the individual is my cup of tea!  


Everyday is an adventure!
