About Me
Hey there, I’m Shauna! I’m so excited to be part of the Freedom Fitness Family.
Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the past five years - not just for my physical health, but more importantly, for my mindset and overall well-being. I started out with a simple goal: to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in my body. That passion quickly grew into something more, leading me to become a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor so I could help others do the same!
I believe fitness should be empowering, fun, and something you can stick with long-term. Whether it’s building strength, boosting confidence, or just feeling better day-to-day, I love guiding people through their own fitness journeys.
My approach is all about balance - strength training, movement, and mindset work for long-lasting results. My goal is to inspire others by sharing my own story and showing that no matter where you start, real change is totally possible with the right mindset and support.
When I’m not training or coaching, you’ll probably find me out on a long walk or curled up with a good book!
