At Freedom Fitness, private coaching means just that — no groups, no distractions, no overlapping classes. It’s you, your coach, and the space to train with purpose.
Whether you're training solo, as a couple, or in a small group of 2–3, you’ll get a highly personalised experience in a fully private setting. This option is perfect for couples who want to train together, or anyone who prefers more focused attention and flexibility than a group session allows.

Available Time Slots
Our PT sessions run outside regular group class hours, which means availability is limited and carefully scheduled. The following daytime slots are currently open for personal training:

Monday: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Tuesday: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Wednesday: 10:30 am – 4:30 pm

Thursday: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Friday: 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Saturday: 7:30 am or 11:30 am
Please note: Some of these sessions may already be booked. We recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred time. Afternoon availability may also change from September as we expand our youth programs.
