About the Classes

The work we do in the gym is not just for the sake of the youth's physical health and strength, but it also contributes hugely towards building confidence, mental resilience, self esteem, and an overall positive body image that has nothing got to do with how their bodies look.

It's so wonderful how progress in the gym can help to make progress in other areas of life outside of the gym. Especially for teens, when it comes to building confidence and self esteem.

While the classes have a focus on strength training, we also incorporate an array of exercises that works on flexibility, agility, stamina, coordination, balance and speed.

All exercises in the classes are progressed and regressed to suit each teen, to make sure they are safe throughout. Safety and quality of movement is always prioritised above speed and load.

Not JUST a Fitness Class

Teens

Secondary School

During the school year, the classes are run in blocks of 6, 7 and 8 weeks to coincide with the school terms.

The classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 5.30pm.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Numbers are capped to ensure the teens get all the attention and instruction they need, so they can grow stronger, fitter, healthier and happier.

Tweens

4th - 6th class

Our increasingly popular tweens classes are back with a bang from 9th September!

During the school year, the classes are run in blocks of 6, 7 and 8 weeks to coincide with the school terms, with the option of Monday at 4.30pm or Thursday at 4.00pm.

Term 2 (7 weeks): 4th November - 20th December

Term 3 (6 weeks): 6th January - 14th February
Easter Camp (2 weeks): 6th April - 17th April
Term 4 (8 weeks): 20th April - 26th June

Please note, during Term 4, there will be no classes the week of the May and June Bank Holiday.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
