Group Coaching

“Big enough to be fun and affordable, yet small enough to still be quality.”

Our semi-private Strength & Fitness sessions are limited to 10 participants to ensure you receive top notch coaching and individualised programming, yet are big enough to be an affordable and fun way to get fit and strong in a small group atmosphere.

All our strength and fitness sessions are 1 hour in duration, where we use a mixture of equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, and more.

If you have never heard of a deadlift or a barbell before, then not to worry. You are guided safely, efficiently, and effectively by our competent and compassionate coaches through every class, which are specifically designed in a way that will get you progressively stronger and fitter over time.

 

All of the movements and exercises are progressed or modified to a level and an intensity that you can currently manage.

 

Nobody is left standing in the corner wondering what to do. You will always be able to fully participate in the entire class, leaving feeling accomplished and empowered.

All you have to do is book in, show up, and myself (Karen), Natasha or Sean will personally take care of you from there.

[The sessions are not suitable for new mums who are less than 6 months postpartum who have not done at least a full 6 week term in our postnatal fitness group and/or had a check up with a pelvic health physiotherapist. If you are unsure then please contact me and I will gladly discuss your options with you.]
