Why Small Group Coaching

Our small group coaching sessions are limited to a max of 9 participants to ensure you receive top notch coaching, individualised programming and lots of attention, yet are big enough to be an affordable and fun way to get fit and strong in a small group atmosphere.

The sessions are 1 hour in duration, where we use a mixture of equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, and more.

If you have never heard of a deadlift or a barbell before, then not to worry. You are guided safely, efficiently, and effectively by our competent and compassionate coaches through every class, which are specifically designed in a way that will get you progressively stronger and fitter over time.


All of the movements and exercises are progressed or modified to a level and an intensity that you can currently manage.


Nobody is left standing in the corner wondering what to do. You will always be able to fully participate in the entire class, leaving feeling accomplished and empowered.

All you have to do is book in, show up, and myself (Karen), or one of our coaches will personally take care of you from there.

[The sessions are not suitable for new mums who are less than 6 months postpartum who have not done at least a full 6 week term in our postnatal fitness group and/or had a check up with a pelvic health physiotherapist. If you are unsure then please contact me and I will gladly discuss your options with you.]

Session Descriptions


Strength and Fitness

This where you build true strength using barbells, kettlebells and more. You start with a dynamic warmup to mobilise and lube the joints. Then you lift. You either deadlift, bench press, or squat, depending on your membership and preference. After the pure strength component, the focus switches to single leg balance and strength, upper body strength and mobility, and core strength. Of course, no session is complete without getting a sweat on, so you finish up with a higher intensity workout to crank up your heart rate and sweat rate. You will always leave feeling invigorated.


Super Sweat

This session starts out faster paced right from the get go, and as the name suggests, you will be sweating, a lot. While you will definitely be lifting weights, the workout is not as focused on the pure strength side of things, but more so on muscular endurance and building your engine. Anything goes for these highly dynamic sessions, using a wide selection of equipment, from kettlebells to slam balls to bodyweight exercises. It's always sweaty and lots of fun. We can guarantee that you will always leave feeling accomplished and full of beans.


Investment Options

There's no need to wait for a new month to join in on the fun. Your membership starts the first day you book in so you can join in any time.

We offer membership options starting at just €120/mo, where you can choose between 2, 3, or 4 sessions/wk.

If you're brand new to the gym and not sure where to start, then we recommend two sessions/wk.

If you have some previous gym experience and are keen to see quicker results then we recommend three sessions/wk.

No Sweat

I get it. You want to get fitter, stronger, healthier. But you don't know where to start. Or maybe you do, but you are terrified to do so!

Schedule a free 'No Sweat Intro' in the gym, where we'll chat about your goals and what we can do to help you achieve them. This is not a free trial workout, so there will be literally no sweating at all.

It is just a simple meet and greet, where you can check out the gym, get a run through of what it is we do here, and ultimately help you decide if we are a good fit for each other.
