Our semi-private Strength & Fitness sessions are limited to 10 participants to ensure you receive top notch coaching and individualised programming, yet are big enough to be an affordable and fun way to get fit and strong in a small group atmosphere.

All our strength and fitness sessions are 1 hour in duration, where we use a mixture of equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, and more.

If you have never heard of a deadlift or a barbell before, then not to worry. You are guided safely, efficiently, and effectively by our competent and compassionate coaches through every class, which are specifically designed in a way that will get you progressively stronger and fitter over time.

 

All of the movements and exercises are progressed or modified to a level and an intensity that you can currently manage.

 

Nobody is left standing in the corner wondering what to do. You will always be able to fully participate in the entire class, leaving feeling accomplished and empowered.

All you have to do is book in, show up, and myself (Karen), Noelle, or Garrett will personally take care of you from there.

Membership Options

There's no need to wait for a new month to join in on the fun. Your monthly membership starts the first day you book in so you can join in any time.

Our most economical option is the 12 month gym membership, where you can choose between 2, 3, or 4 sessions a week.

We don't offer unlimited sessions because we believe fitness is something that should be part of your life to enhance it, and not be your life.

The 5 Class Pass is ideal for this looking to trial the gym before deciding on a membership (limited to one time purchase). Whereas, the 10 Class Pass is more suited to those with an irregular schedule, who want to attend the gym once or twice a week.

* Membership Policy

Sessions are refreshed each month and any unused sessions are non-transferable. Pricing is based on a minimum of 6 months membership. Payments are automatically renewed every month for a minimum of 6 months, after which a rolling month to month contract is in place until cancelled by user. There is a cancellation fee of one months membership if cancelled within 6 months. Please email karen@freedomfitness.ie to request to cancel.

We are currently experiencing a high level of demand for some of our sessions, while there is plenty of space in others. Please let us know your preferred days and times to attend the gym below and we will get back to you ASAP with availability.

BOOKING POLICY

At Freedom Fitness, we understand that life gets hectic and things don’t always go to plan. In saying that, out of respect to the gym and other members, and so the gym can run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, we ask that you abide by our booking and cancellation policy the best you can.

We ask that all group coaching sessions be booked at least 12 hours in advance so your coach can plan ahead as best as possible.

We ask that all cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance to allow wait-listed members book the class.

Cancelling less than 3 hours in advance will result in one lost credit.

If you need to cancel within 3 hours, out of respect to the gym and our coaches, we ask that you send us a message via the booking app to let us know.
