Semi-Private Group Coaching

“Big enough to be fun and affordable, yet small enough to still be quality.”

Our semi-private group coaching sessions are limited to 9 participants to meet social distancing measures, and to ensure you receive quality instruction, yet are big enough to be an affordable and fun way to get fit in a group atmosphere.

All our training sessions are 55 mins in duration and every session is a full body workout using a mixture of equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, and more.

If you have never heard of a squat or a barbell before, then not to worry. You are guided safely, efficiently, and effectively by our competent coaches through every class, which are specifically designed in a way that will get you progressively stronger and fitter over time.

 

All of the movements and exercises are progressed or modified to a level and an intensity that you can currently manage.

 

Nobody is left standing in the corner wondering what to do. You will always be able to fully participate in the entire class, leaving feeling accomplished and empowered.

All you have to do is book in, show up, and myself (Karen), Noelle, or Kate will personally take care of you from there.

Membership Options

There's no need to wait for a new month to join in on the fun. Your monthly membership starts the first day you book in so you can join in any time.

Our most economical option is the 12 month gym membership, where you can choose between unlimited sessions per month for €100, nine sessions per month for €80.

BOOKING POLICY

At Freedom Fitness, we understand that life gets hectic and things don’t always go to plan. In saying that, out of respect to the gym and other members, and so the gym can run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, we ask that you abide by our booking and cancellation policy the best you can.

We ask that all group coaching sessions be booked at least 12 hours in advance so your coach can plan ahead as best as possible.

We ask that all cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance to allow wait-listed members book the class.

If you need to cancel within 12 hours, out of respect to the gym and our coaches, we ask that you send us a message via the booking app to let us know.
