Come for the coaching and programming, stay for the pure enjoyment!
Our small group coaching sessions are limited to a max of 9 participants to ensure you receive top notch coaching, individualised programming and lots of attention, yet are big enough to be an affordable and fun way to get strong and fit in a small group atmosphere.
If you have never heard of a deadlift or a barbell before, then not to worry. You are guided safely, efficiently, and effectively by our competent and compassionate coaches through every session, which are specifically designed in a way that will get you progressively stronger, fitter and more confident over time.
All of the movements and exercises are progressed or modified to a level and an intensity that you can currently manage.
Nobody is left standing in the corner wondering what to do. You will always be able to fully participate in the entire session, leaving feeling accomplished and empowered.
All you have to do is book in, show up, and myself (Karen), or one of our brilliant coaches will take care of you from there.

[The sessions are not suitable for new mums who are less than 6 months postpartum who have not done at least a full 6 week term in our postnatal fitness group and/or had a check up with a pelvic health physiotherapist. Book a complimentary call with gym owner, Karen, where we'll chat about your health and fitness goals, the challenges you are facing, and what you hope to achieve. We'll explain how our gym works, how we can help you achieve your goals, and ultimately help you decide if we are a good fit for each other. Every question you've ever had about our gym will be answered from the comfort of your own home.
Step 2: Take a Tour
Following our call, we invite you for a free personal tour of the gym with one of our coaches. This is not a workout, so there will be literally no sweating at all. It is just a simple meet and greet, where you'll see the space where you'll be training and just how welcoming it is for yourself.
By the end of these two simple steps, you will have a clear picture of how we can help you become fitter, stronger, healthier, and more confident, in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment!
