About Me

Hi, I’m Meghan! Over my 6 years as a Registered Massage Therapist in Canada, I've gained valuable experience and knowledge about the importance of movement and physical activity. In my practice, I frequently prescribed exercises and stretches to clients, but I felt this wasn't enough. I wanted to guide people through proper movement to help with postural realignment, stretch tight areas, and strengthen their bodies. This passion for exercise led me to complete the Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor Course in UCD.

While physical exercise has immense physical benefits, I also believe it significantly improves mental health, sleep, and mood. My personal experiences have reinforced my belief in showing up even on days when it feels impossible. As a coach, my goal is to help clients overcome mental barriers and work in a way that promotes consistency and success.

One of the many reasons I weight train is to enhance my abilities as an endurance cyclist. Building strength has improved numerous aspects of my life, deepening my love for cycling and enabling me to climb mountains I once thought impossible.
