About Me
Hi, I’m Niall! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your stregnth to the next level, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over eight years and hold a degree in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology. Over that time, I’ve coached clients one-to-one and in groups, helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident in how their bodies move. My main focus is strength and conditioning, sports specific coaching, and building fitness habits that feel sustainable in real life.
My approach is simple: smart training, proper technique, and keeping things enjoyable while working toward long-term results. Whether you’re brand new to training or looking to push your performance further, I love supporting people to reach their goals in a way that feels empowering and achievable.
Outside of coaching, I’ve always been passionate about sport. I’ve been fortunate to compete at a high level in handball, winning multiple national and world titles, and my current goal is to compete at the Handball World Championships in the US in 2027.
When I’m not training or coaching, you might find me working on another hobby I picked up during Covid — pottery. I’ve even started selling some of my pieces, so if you need a handmade coffee mug, I’m your man!
