About the Event
The workshop is also perfect for women who have recently joined a gym but are still a little unsure of their technique and want to learn how to lift a barbell and swing a kettlebell confidently and safely.
In this two hour workshop, you will learn the 3 major lifts of strength training and how to implement them safely and effectively in your workouts.
During the workshop you will:
- Learn correct lifting technique for the squat, deadlift and pressing exercises
- Learn how to build strength safely and effectively
- Learn how to improve body composition by lifting weights
