We're here to change that narrative with our Strength Training in Pregnancy Workshop, so you can continue to enjoy all the wonderful benefits that strength training has to offer both you and baby during your pregnancy.

At Freedom Fitness, we understand that maintaining an active lifestyle during pregnancy is essential for both the well-being of the mom and the baby. This workshop is for expectant or soon to be expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy, who are looking for safe and effective prenatal strength training guidance and support. Here's what to expect during the workshop:

From increased energy levels to improved mood, we'll address the misinformation surrounding pregnancy and exercise and explore how maintaining strength can positively impact your pregnancy journey. 

Posture and Alignment: Learn about proper posture and alignment to ensure a safe and effective workout. Our experienced trainers will guide you through techniques that support your changing body, helping you maintain stability and prevent discomfort.

Breathing Techniques: Discover the importance of mastering correct breathing techniques during your strength training sessions, to keep you lifting for as log as possible through your pregnancy. 

Tailored Modifications Through the Trimesters: Every pregnancy is unique, and our workshop will address the importance of personalized modifications. We'll provide practical tips and adjustments to accommodate different fitness levels and stages of pregnancy, ensuring a safe and enjoyable training session.
