We’re here to celebrate your progress and help you take the next steps toward your goals! The Goal Review Session is your opportunity to reflect on everything you’ve accomplished so far and create a plan to keep moving forward. During a friendly phone call with Karen, we’ll talk about: - What’s been going well in the gym and in terms of your health and fitness overall. - Any challenges, hurdles, or roadblocks you’re facing - and how we can work together to overcome them. - How your goals may have evolved and what you’d like to focus on next. Before the call, please make sure to complete your Goal Review Form. Once you book your session, we’ll send you an email with the form to fill out. Whether you’ve hit a big milestone or just want to fine-tune your routine, this session is your chance to reflect, refocus, and create a clear plan for continued progress, to make sure you feel motivated, supported, and ready for what's next.
